Très bon service client : J'avais commandé un polo et ai constaté au bout d'une semaine qu'il avait été livré par erreur à une mauvaise adresse. J'ai contacté Care of Carl par mail et ai reçu par retour une réponse de Christian. Celui-ci a fait le nécessaire pour me faire livrer de nouveau très rapidement pour ne pas rater l'anniversaire du destinataire du cadeau.
