Three ways to dress in a warm city

People watching with an espresso

Warm days in the shadow of a parasol at an outdoor bar or restaurant can create unforgettable and exciting moments. Enjoy the day with a good hat, whilst sipping an espresso or a chilled glass of Prosecco. Don’t forget that the espresso is intended to be drunk in one go, a maximum of two very soon after serving. The undersigned can attest to grumpy Milanese waiters who insultingly snatched a cooled espresso from the customer in their eyes, and meaningfully returned to the table with a bubbly americano.

It is easy to let warm days mean short sleeves. Even in the city it is a good idea to cover your arms from the sun. Linen is cooling and allows slight, cooling wind to come through the fabric. Rolled-up sleeves and a nice watch is the quintessential summer style.
Blazing hot and sunny

Even on the warmest days can trousers be a good choice due to previously named reasons. A short sleeved shirt keeps you cooled, whilst a well-chosen loafer keeps the level of style high. Together with a nice watch and sunglasses, this shows that you are ready for everything that a big city can throw at you. With a thin, navy blue linen blazer rolled together in your tote bag, you can easily make your outfit formal when entering the finer restaurants.
