How to wash your silk garments
Silk garments should be washed extremely infrequently, rather hang out the garments for ventilation between uses. If you wish to wash your silk garments, and it is not stated as dry cleaning in the washing thread, it is recommended that you do this by hand at 30-40 degrees. If you choose a delicate washing program for the machine, remember to wash at a low temperature, use a laundry bag and to wash the garment separately or with similar colours, as there is a risk of wet and dry precipitation. Use an enzyme-free, liquid detergent. As thin silk materials can easily wrinkle, you should hang the garment on a hanger. Silk can usually be ironed at a low heat, but steaming is preferable, read the garment's care instructions carefully.
