Three perfect outfits for warm days in nature

The classic Scandinavian phrase “there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothes” is used often to get yourself out during rainy days. But the term is not as applicable on days where there is no rain. If you want to avoid heat stroke when you’re out in nature and doing a physical activity it is important to dress correctly when the sun is beaming. With this in mind, we have created three outfits that are ideal for those who want to be out in nature during some of the summer’s warmest days.

Bucket hat and a long sleeve

A constant theme in outfits for summer activities is the need to protect yourself from the sun. In our first outfit, this protection comes in the form of a bucket hat and a long-sleeved t-shirt. Protecting your legs is trickier, as really hot weather requires shorts, which means that sunscreen has to do the job here. To maintain the fluid level, it is important to drink plenty of water.
