How does it work?
- Purchase a garment marked with “Tailoring Contribution”.
- If the garment does not fit you the way you would prefer, you can have it altered by a tailor of your choice. Note that a tailor mainly makes minor adjustments. If your garment is either too small or too large as a whole, we recommend that you return it.
- Email our customer service, [email protected], with a photo of the tailoring receipt. The allowance will be paid out to the same bank card that was used for the original order. The sum can instead also be deposited into your customer account as a credit amount, which can be used when placing a future order.
You will receive your purchased garment's specified allowance, paid out within 3-5 working days. If the tailoring cost does not amount to the specified allowance, the corresponding sum on the receipt will be paid out instead.
The receipt must contain the tailor's company details, date, payment amount and specify that the amount refers to the tailoring carried out.
We are not responsible if the tailor's alteration does not meet your expectations. The return right policy does not apply to clothes that have been altered or adjusted.
Our tailoring service only applies to selected and marked items in the online shop.
The tailoring allowance is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
