Published 2024-04-25In this section, we’ll focus on functional light weight garments. With a base in a nonetheless waterproof and packable jacket, which can be easily pulled from the waist pocket when the rain or wind arrives. In a colour that stylishly sticks out from the mountainside but also increases visibility, which is a distinct advantage if an accident should occur. On the bottom, a pair of stretchy shorts made of a fast drying material, and on the feet, a pair of approach shoes that provide good support without being too bulky. The neat pockets and holes in the waist bag provide easy access to the folding hiking poles, which are a must, both up and down.
Why walk when you can run? Whether you're going for a walk in the woods or running an ultra-marathon, having good equipment is fun and important. Starting with a pair of innovative trail shoes, you can go far and wear them with anything. However, we like, as you know, quality and clothes that suit the activity. So we've selected a pair of shorts in techsilk, so soft you'll barely feel them weigh you down. On top we wear a breathable t-shirt and a scarf that can either protect the neck from the cold or be tied around the head, preventing sweat from entering the eyes. The soft belt bag keeps your phone and keys nearby, without you having to fill up your pockets.
Here we have selected a couple of key products for you who are going on a longer trip, where the journey is the goal itself. A warming fleece for the many breaks, a backpack that sits comfortably and firmly on the back, with enough space for a day trip. The same shoes as on the first look and where the hiking poles come in handy as well. For headwear, a lightweight hat that protects against the strong sun rays without you getting too hot. Don't forget to pack a water bottle and enough energy based foods to last the whole day.
